2 Daily conference calls where they praise the top producers and rip on the bottom. Promise you lots of opportunity for growth, but require you to work more and more. Requirements to "do a good job" keep getting more and more difficult. Went to a conference where they pushed and pushed only selling to the needs of a customer and not pushing them to take more money then needed...only to go back to the office that same day and listen to another damn conference call from the DM talking about how "if someone comes in for 1500, you need to convince them why they need to take 7500". SHADY SHADY SHADY. And dont let me forget to mention that 25% loans are standard even for people with good credit.
