Where do i begin..... poor management poor salaries no opportunity to advance b/c the company is so top-heavy you spend an absurd amount of time engaged in collections interest rates are way too high and is of NO value to the customers therefore making it extremely difficult to do your job and make loans to customers have to work late at the end of the month no value on work/life balance too many qualifiers to make monthly/quarterly bonuses management acts like you belong to them they do not value your time poor culture no holiday/end of year bonuses
