We would love to hear your voice when you start to have these feelings, because feelings of overwhelming and disrespect are not what we want our employees to feel. We have started working on it when we hear the voices from our employees that they are working overtime or that they have too much work load. Supervisors/managers have been noticed issues of work load and overtime working, they put more attention on employees’ working experiences. We are also scheduling vacations for employees to reduce the overtime load. HR is making sure to have conversations with employees every month to know about their feelings, working experiences, needs and supports from the company.
