Great people, but leadership needs work

Poor leadership -- product leadership has no idea what they're building which has resulted in needing to fundraise every year, always nearing having not enough cash to keep the company in existence. CTO has no empathy and just forces people to do things, and has no tangible and useful knowledge or vision. Morale is terrible across the whole company because of leadership.
