Pros

I was lucky to have a great manager and work with some good folks at OYO which made my two and half years a good growing experience. It is a changing environment therefore, much to learn.

OYO claims itself to be a startup so when there are any cultural or managerial issues it hides behind the startup banner. For a company that has been around for this long, they lack structure and a clear vision and that shows in the work you are doing. Work done one year is scrapped as company vision changes. If you are looking for work-life balance, this is not a place for you.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Kontras

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
