I am delighted to share my exceptional when I experienced at ORAI during my internship as a college student. As a newcomer to a different state and unfamiliar with the native language, I was initially apprehensive. However, the HR representative at ORAI quickly alleviated my concerns with their kind words, respect, and support, allowing me to regain my confidence during the interview process. I completed my internship period, Now I based upon the progress of performance they hired me as an Employee. ORAI's work culture, especially for a fresher like me, proved to be nothing short of extraordinary. I have become cautious and doubtful of anonymous comments, as I find them to be highly unreliable. Throughout my tenure, I did not witness any evidence that aligns with those negative comments. Based on my time at ORAI, I wholeheartedly recommend the company to aspiring professionals seeking a workplace with a positive work culture.
