I joined Nutshell at the end of 2025 and I absolutely love the company and the people. The culture is genuinely positive—teams are supportive, collaborative, and filled with people who truly believe in what they do every day. There’s real pride in the product, and it shows. People are passionate, thoughtful, and deeply committed to customers and to each other. There are also great perks that make day-to-day life better: a flexible schedule (“flex time”), multiple offices for hub visits, holiday perks, and plenty of thoughtful extras throughout the year. On top of that, being part of a parent company that’s been recognized as a “Best Places to Work” for 10 years really shows in the employee experience.
