Laid Off - Instructional Designer bei Novocure: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Just went to lay off 13% of employees (including myself) but kept acting like everything was fine and that the restructuring wouldn't include layoffs. I get that it's a business that they don't care about people, just making money, but still sucks to feel blindsided and have to try and scramble for a new job when I thought I'd be there forever..
