Pros
Competitive Pay structure. Good benefits.
Kontras
What was once a promising company has fallen into ruin. The venture capitalist group Carlyle bought the company from AkzoNobel in 2018 and gutted it into hollow shell of what it once was. Nepotism is the name of the game, wrapped in a shell of an extremely toxic work cultures. And the companies run by a CEO who employed his personal consultant friends whom only care about their own profits. All company employee functions have been cut, upper management is openly trying to replace competent 50+ age workers, and cost-cutting is running so deep it's destroying day-to-day operational integrity. The workplace is stressed, overworked, and hostile. Stay away unless you're looking for an experience in a cliche of the worst of the Corporate America trope.
