Comprehensive training, lots of shift availability, different branches to work in, friendly colleagues, if you're lucky you will make good friends; flexible with schedules once they know you, reasonable staff discounts. Depending on the branch some managers are great
Kontras
Good quality product to sell which helps as an employee however there is disparity between different shops and the quality of the baristas/training changes throughout. Staff is not valued but rather tricked and coerced into promotions they didn't want to do or at times begged/manipulated into working by management and directors. Very hands on hard work, best for those who are energetic and glass half full
