I learned how to work with different types of people and navigate challenging interpersonal situations. Other than that, I honestly can't say there were clear pros.

The work environment was difficult. My input was often dismissed, especially compared to a colleague who had been there longer and was automatically seen as more reliable. I regularly worked from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and there were times when I was contacted as late as 2 a.m. to complete urgent tasks. There was an unspoken expectation to always be available, which made it hard to maintain any work-life balance.
