      This was a good place to work, people were great. Travel was high, but they took care of you. Great benefits.

      Pros

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
