Small company - the ability to achieve something if you're driven

Silo culture - managers are people who have left other sites and would struggle to be employed again. They retain power and hold onto it desperately, fostering an awful working culture. No commitment to safety or values. No leadership. No time taken to create a sense of teamwork or accountability. I would never recommend a job with New Gold to anyone I know.
