One thing I truly value is how open and honest my communication with my manager is.
We regularly talk through the things that matter to me, and adjust our workflow so that it’s both comfortable for me and effective for the business.
Because of that, it’s honestly hard for me to even name any real downsides — everything feels clear, balanced, and human.
I’m genuinely thankful to the company and especially to my manager for creating such a space.
