1. Aggressive Performance based organisation. 2. Work on modern technologies, if you land up in a good project. 3. In general, they have good projects and work life balance. 4. Travel opportunities. 5. Good hikes, if you get one. 6. Join only if you like to work on good projects, and have high self motivation. Work quality is the only factor which can keep tied with them.

1. Weak HR. Hardly any employee care initiatives. 2. Manager thinking is not induced through organization culture. Each manager works and handles team differently. Some are frank and fair, while others don't even take team meetings. 3. Very negligent towards appraisal process timelines. They have introduced quarterly appraisal, and follow their own sweet time to complete without any clarity and communication to employees. 4. Sometimes Opportunities you get are not on your calibre, but depends on your nationality, plus on whom you report to. 5. Not sure if it's a con, but strictly business minded people. Talent churn policy, where they remove some people every year, to bring fresh talent from outside. They call these low performers, but there are many cases where high performing employees were removed as well. So moment you enter high salary bracket, you are at risk. 6. Managed and dominated by Russians, but that would happen in any multinational organization. So people coming from Indian SIs might feel difficult to adjust.
