Pros
Very inclusive and welcoming company culture. The office has a very vibrant atmosphere, and all the employees are very supportive. The tight-knit team structure has allowed me to develop great relationships with everyone in the office. The work itself is quite meaningful, and there's a lot of opportunity to showcase individual impact.
Kontras
I have not experienced any cons working here thus far!
Pros
- Decent pay - Good for early career, not so much for experienced professional
Kontras
- They overwork and under resource all of their teams (leading to employee churn) - They partake in unethical business practices to make money such as making unfounded claims on the effectiveness of their service offering or using deceitful communications to make it seem like they're growing client business. - Leadership will push initiatives onto us without a process or plan with the expectation that we will figure it out. Initiatives are often dropped. - They will frequently hire low to no experience freshies and then expect us to train them and fix their low quality work. - Barriers to initiating change are common. Pushing for process updates are rife with false support. - There is no org chart for the company. Every time you have a question about something you need to consult half a dozen people until you find who is the owner of some process or program. - Nobody will talk to you when you want to suggest ideas or have questions about something. - They will set you up to fail and then not give you client supports to handle the failure. - Toxic culture of reprimanding those trying to bring accountability to decision makers - COO is particularly toxic, she will threaten your job security over issues she and other leaders cause due to their inability to set expectations and communicate requirements. Particularly in ad-hoc requests. - Making money is more important than earning client business. They will ship a low quality product if they can get away with it. They'll claim a desire to constantly improve, but leadership prevents it from happening. Buyer beware! - The company is neck deep in AI promotion. They make it sound great, but due to other organizational factors it is only a method to cut costs and produce mediocre service level. Like said, they don't have the ability to set and execute plans to ensure successful deployment of this tech across the org.
