Stagnant - Interior Designer bei Neptune: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Pay - No room for negotiation once you are in the role. Creates an environement where people eventually stop putting in the extra effort because there are no rewards if you do so. Management - There really doesnt seem to be much higher up management which reflects at store level. Head Office - Never seemed to listen to what we noticed at store level going wrong and overtime seemed to put into effect policies that made work at Neptune less enjoyable for the employee.
