Here's a rundown of Needl.ai:
1. Needl.ai originated in July 2019, marking almost 5 years in existence.
2. It is not a private limited company. Operating as a partnership (LLP), it does not offer stock options to startup employees.
3. Has not been able to secure VC funding all this while. (to know why - read the first sentence again)
4. LinkedIn data shows a median employee tenure of 1.2 years. This short tenure is a good indication of the company culture, which has less than 30 employees.
5. Needl is still in a pre-revenue phase, without earnings from its core product. Zero dollars. (that is why no VC money secured yet)
PS: ask them how many people use their product. (Spoiler alert! WAU is in double digits most likely)
