The senior leadership monitors each contract closely and tries to utilize those on contracts that are ending on other projects. They do their best to keep good employees. And if they can't, they try to help them with other employment. They have forwarded resumes to others that they know are looking for people with their skill sets - or at least write a good letter of recommendation.
