Too many chiefs not enough Indians - Environmental Consultant bei Natural Power: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This company has a very high turnover of staff due to the high stress environment, lack of support from management and a very bad attitude from directors who are mostly directors by default, and really have no people skills or management training of any sort ,every department has a director far too many for size of company. They have one major client, Fred Olsen, who actually own Natural Power, and if wasn’t for them they would go under. They cannot win any contracts for servicing outside of Fred Olsen because they have huge overheads....The management are clueless and are ‘managers’ in name only. To sum up, Incompetent! On the surface they look good, marketing dept does a good job of that, but scratch the surface and it’s a disaster waiting to happen. Just recently almost killed a sub-contractor on a wind farm in North of Scotland due to incompetence and will be prosecuted by HSE and rightly so.
