Great place to work as a teacher

Lacks consistent discipline for students

Great IB program and teachers, awesome college counselor and good sports activities for students to be involved in.

Very VERY disorganized institution. Everyone is on different pages, leadership/administration do NOT support ALL of their staff, unless you are liked and have been there for a while. A lot of favoritism. The school is also VERY understaffed in terms of special education needs for specific individuals. School overall is doing very bad, lowest Tier 3 high school in DC. And lastly, the kids RUN the school. They get away with practically EVERYTHING.
