*The work itself is genuinely meaningful. *Strong safeguarding frameworks and clear ethical boundaries *most colleagues are kind, values led and genuinely care about young people

Kontras

*emotionally demanding with exposure to regular high risk traumatic content *kPI pressures high. For some part time workers unachievable - acknowledged by senior management but no changes made. *poor support from management, including poor, inconsistent or completely lacking supervision opportunities *staff wellbeing does not feel valued *Night / Twilight practitioners are left isolated *retention appears very challenging *terrible annual leave process, particularly challenging for parents / those with additional responsibilities *Not family friendly
