Unresponsive, unwilling, unprofessional and rude! I have been trying to get my profile for New Age Technology removed from Arise for over a month. I have contacted the CEO via email, phone messages to his cell and business phone asking him to remove it and it is still there. No responses! I have asked if he needs something mailed. No response. I have not worked for them since November 2016 and had quit because the training was so bad. Unpaid training that was 4 hours of class and then several hrs per day of "home work". At the end of 4 weeks, I was not ready for live calls because things changed so often in the class. Including programs that were needed for the job.
Now I have 2 other companies that I may want to enroll with and I can't because my New Age Technology profile is still there! Arise says the CEO has to remove it and he won't. WHY????? I don't even want to add the lowest star on these ratings!
