Late shifts if you are new . Weekend shifts Pretty much on your own after training so those who aren’t experienced will sink or swim and wait for hours in chats for an answer , micromanaged and will need to review all your work for the first few months resulting in lost sales , upset customers and then your blamed and made to feel bad when they complain when it was lack of response from management . No direction or proper workflows. Benefits are only for single individuals of you want family ones it comes out of pocket
