      Pros

      Great technology, a few really good people, big customer wins in recent years.

      Kontras

      Recent change of CEO is a big loss. Previous one very popular in US, made a massive difference to the product and customer base, but didn’t win round the founding Finland team. Cash is clearly a big problem. Smartest people see the writing on the wall and are leaving the sinking ship.

      Pros

      Very supportive smart and creative group of people who appreciate employees for who they are. Also the product sells itself. Literally anyone who tries out this hardware / software is blown away.

      Great company to work at. The workload is reasonable and we were compensated fairly.

      its a small team, so you wear many hats. losing someone from the team is never easy because of all the hats they wore.
