Since the product is at the cutting-edge, the work environment is agile and fast-paced, and so are the employees. This allows us to adapt to customer needs and industry changes where larger companies may struggle. With employees located on multiple continents, US employees can end up with meeting before 9am and Israeli employees can end up with meetings after 5pm.
