I have enjoyed having variety in my work and the opportunity to identify and pursue new projects that are interesting to me. Since the product is at the cutting-edge, the work environment is agile and fast-paced, and so are the employees. This allows us to adapt to customer needs and industry changes where larger companies may struggle.
