Very much a “thrown to the wolves” onboarding approach, with new hires expected to take on high-pressure work without sufficient context or guidance. This often resulted in late nights spent ramping up while simultaneously delivering. Scoping and vendor/partner processes were outdated and misaligned with how modern media teams operate, leading to excessive back and forth, inefficiencies, and frequent rework.
