A few managers shouldn't be in leadership roles. They have no idea how to handle people. Complete lack of communication from upper management. Constant sense of insecurity about your job. Constant change of activities within your role - to the point of it changing completely - without never consulting the people involved. They literally change the names of international employees to make them sound more English.
