To be honest, things are great, continue the good show. invest more on employees non salary benefits , such as health insurance etc.

Pros
No pros as far as I can say. Company was good a few years ago.

Very toxic work environment. Top management does not know what is going on in the company. I know of a case where the company MD didn't even know what a particular department does for the company. It was a very important department.
I also know of a case when some employees mother had a serious illness but the same management didn't allow him to work from home and the employee was asked to resign. All in all, the company is not a good place to work at right now or in the foreseeable future.
