Management should have notified the client that I was no longer on the project. - I stayed very late one evening into the next morning with my dev manager, and he did not even offer any dinner nor any type of food to continue work. - Management expected 24/7 server support from the dev team, but had not trained us how to access and manage the production servers. - Health benefits were lacking.
