-fun product -solid benefits -flexible work -good coworkers
Kontras
-lack of growth - so tough to get promoted and so many layers of management so no professional growth opps -limited comp increases/recognition - Although it's very difficult to get promoted, if you do, the raises are sooo minimal (8%-10%). Non-promotion copm raises are like 4% (no cost of living raise, no bonus program, no upcoming liquidity event) -Constantly changing strategies - it's getting embarrassing honestly. Super clear that leadership is lost.
