No cons so far in the last 5 years of being here.

None, you are over worked with nothing to show for it.

Owner of the company see's office people as a cost and that everyone is replaceable. Under pays his field employees and will take advantage of it. Everyone is over worked and under paid. Places "pay freezes" but then you will find out they are compensate the men especially the ones in higher positions. The women in the office are caddy and will constantly talk behind your back, if not going and "tattling" on you to someone in management to make themselves look good. Someone is always after someones job. Can't keep good people, they run for the hills once they get in there. Higher management believes they a good christian person but in realty is just after money - GREED is the root of all evil.
