Boise is a great place for families. Org Structure is simple and easy to understand Not as political as other companies I have worked for. Generous time off.
Kontras
Management tends to focus too much on hours worked vs what is accomplished. Not able to use the time off. Weak performance management. Pay and benefits are below similar companies. Not many other employers in the area hire the same skill set.
