I have only been with Microtech for about a month, but my experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Every step felt intentional and well-coordinated. What stands out most is how thoughtful the organization is toward new employees. The training programs are structured, thorough, and supportive without being overwhelming. Senior leadership has also been generous with their time and consistently respectful of individual skill sets, which creates a strong sense of value and inclusion early on. Overall, Microtech operates like a well-oiled machine, highly organized, professional, and clearly committed to both operational excellence and employee experience.
