The best part of Metro State is how much everyone cares about the students. It is so deep and protective. I am proud to work here.

I don't really have any cons. This is the best job I've ever had.

If you can't afford or can't get into the University of Minnesota, and you can't afford or don't want to leave the Metro, Metro State is the college of last resort.

It was a toxic workplace before I started, and it continued to be a toxic workplace after I left. I take comfort in the fact that the people who made it toxic continue to work there, and the people who tried to make a difference were able to get out.
