Pros
Method is the best place I've worked in my career. It's a team of smart, collaborative humans solving complex and interesting problems for some of the world's biggest brands. Lots of autonomy and trust and compensation packages are relatively competitive from what I've seen in the industry. I have and will continue to recommend Method to friends and colleagues as a great place to work.
Kontras
Despite Method's great team and culture, it's still consulting, which comes with some downsides that are not for everyone. Not all clients are going to be great partners, but Method controls what it can control, and leadership is empathetic to the needs and career aspirations of team members, and in my experience makes an effort to staff projects accordingly.
