      Small, close group. Opportunity to do many things-variety.

      Kontras

      Poor management structure--no one person is in charge. Direction and demands change frequently, poor direction of resources. Communication is not what it should be for a small company, sometimes too many people is charge equates to no one in charge.

      Learned a lot. Kept busy on multiple projects throughout my time here. People are nice.

      Unlimited overtime and decent hourly pay

      Have to wear a respirator all day, plant is old and unsafe. Environmentally hazardous and not OSHA compliant
