Flat organization affords good opportunities to work across teams at different levels and across different practices (for instance, a client may purchase Retirement services in addition to Health & Benefits services). Global leader in consulting, outsourcing & investments. Talented, knowledgeable staff. Great internal resources, including an extensive intranet and access to subject matter experts across the country. Company-wide townhalls are timely and very helpful. Competitive compensation package. Business casual dress and casual Fridays. Planned social events every month or so. Typically, the San Francisco office hosts a holiday party (for employees only) in December and a Giants or As tailgate/game in the summer (for employees and family members).

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
