ability to move up moral of the company communication between departments, managers, supervisors flex time no micro management benefits management keeps us well informed of changes with the company/ great follow through for what they say is going to be done.

Kontras

cost of benefits going up for 2010 did not get a raise for 2009 cut backs in the workplace to help with rising costs

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
