-I constantly met such nice, charming and intelligent people in Mercer, it's definitely the reason that makes you want to stay -AMAZING pension, Mercer contributes SO much to your pot -fantastic benefits (health care, gadget insurance, etc) plus sailing weekends throughout the summer, brilliant! -quarterly team events/nights out plus the inevitable xmas do in the city, always an impressive venue -management do everything by the book, they really care about their teams and will be very fair in any situation you may bring up -majority are genuine trustworthy people.
