- Good opportunities for internal advancement: Employees get promoted frequently. - Primarily friendly environment: a majority of the employees are an absolute pleasure to work with, and since it's a smaller company you get to know everyone fairly quickly.

- Low wages: can be underpaid compared to market average salary for the position - Terrible insurance benefits: High costs and horrendous deductible. -Poor policies: limited PTO and must use PTO for sick days (cannot even choose to take the day unpaid). Company almost never closes for inclement weather, which puts personnel in legitimate danger while driving during very bad snow storms. - Favoritism for senior personnel: a select few managers who have worked here for a while at the company get away with poor treatment to staff. - Overwhelming workloads: This is a small company trying to operate at the level of a large company, so you will see one person or very few people departments. For the most part it is not a fault of the employee's work ethic, but the sheer amount of work given to the employee require a whole team of individuals to perform the task. -Lack of a team attitude: Again, a select few individuals are so focused on getting their work and only their work completed. They communicate poorly and do not seem to understand that working together can often end in a more efficient and higher quality result. Although it is just a couple of employees that do this, it truly hurts employees who's work is dependent on that individual.
