Salaries are often delayed — sometimes we don’t get paid until the 8th of the month. Appraisals are just as frustrating. They promise them in April, but most of us don’t see anything until December or even January. And if someone leaves or is let go before January, they don’t get their appraisal at all — no matter how hard they worked the whole year. It really feels like the system is built to take advantage of people who stick around, not to value or support them. No opportunity to learn anything new The workplace is the definition of toxic — there’s zero collaboration, arbitrary deadlines with no rationale, and a manager who offers only buzzwords without any real guidance. Teams are more focused on blaming each other than solving problems, and employees are routinely pushed to work late into the night on meaningless tasks that serve no real purpose.
