Team work - your contribution is always valid. Constantly looking for new ideas, way to grow, thinking ahead, keeping up with the industry.

At times you have too many hands on too many jobs and lines can be blurry. Some tasks did not have a clear owner and at times more than 1 person was doing the same task.
