They will tell you it's a culture where individuals matter, but that's all smoke and mirrors - it's a culture where you're expected to deliver on tasks for the client at any cost (corporations matter). It's like a mind farm where they'll milk you for all you're worth and then some more. Say goodbye to any idea of work-life balance. 2. Volatile management, I've had one incredible manager and one who makes me want to do deep sea exploring on a man-made submersible. The guy can only speak in corporate buzzwords and won't meet anyone at their level. 3. As you've read previously, you're treated mostly as an asset- not a human being with a rich life outside of work hours which can be any hour! You're replaceable unless you like working 12+ hours a day and weekends at times.
