The company is fastest growing and grew so fast that one day they had to lay off around 40 employees without giving them any prior notice. Company is expected to help other business/organization take right decision, but cant make correct decision about their own company. They don't care about the wellbeing of employees at all. Survival in the company depends only on your relation with manager. Worst Resource Allocation. One person is made to do 2,3 people's work. Set unrealistic goals and put the employees under tremendous stress
