No cons. I unfortunately was laid off during the pandemic; however, I have no cons. I really enjoyed the job and company

Remote work and many other great benefits before 2023 when things changed. Turnover was so high that you could always take on leftover accounts but after a certain point, a manager started giving all high earning accounts to her friends but preaching she was spreading them out fairly. When caught, she would try to over it up with more lies. She very much put the nail in the coffin for this business.

Most everything changed in 2023. Many empty promises. Didn’t even have an HR dept. (In the USA) to help with our current contractors or our own dwindling benefits. More focused on painting the “core values” on the office wall rather than instilling them within the team.
