My manager is very good at allowing me to have a very flexible work schedule.

The pay is very poor for administrative positions. There is a high attrition rate for non-clinical employees. The organization has lost very good employees. Also, the highest rate increase you can achieve at Martin is 3% --- THAT'S IT. You get 3% if you go above and beyond and 3% if you just meet expectations. I really don't think Senior Management gets that same increase.
