      Fast paced environment. plenty of different projects to work on with latest practices being incorporated regularly. there is enough diversity to keep you interested and sharp. work environment is very independent. good place to grow if you are either a specialist or full stack web developer.

      some times you may need to work late, but it is rare and you get comp time.

      Work from home was good.

      They literally only promote the same 2 people at the firm. Completely unfair how they treat associates. They worship a handful of people as if they are gods. No growth opportunities at all. I’m telling you they will continue to only promote the same handful of people.
