      There has been a wide variety of projects. A lot of advancements studio wide in recent years have help the studio to evolve and elvate to new hieghts in many positive ways.

      Kontras

      With cut backs, they laid off almost everyone who was responsible for elvating the studio.

      Pros

      The Director was excellent to work with and communication clear. We skyped quite a bit and collaboration was fantastic. I was given quite a lot of creative freedom and trust! Pay was decent for freelance.

      The downside of my pay was that HR communicated they had to pull funds from other freelancers pay to accommodate me...true or not I don't know, but it wasn't in anyone's best interest to share that in a negotiation...
